Your access and use of the Service is subject to your acceptance of, and compliance with, these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service provided by Peirce & Leslie Travel.

Purchases: If you wish to purchase any service made available through the Website, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, address , mobile number etc., without limitation.

Links to other Websites: Our Service may contain links to third party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Peirce & Leslie Travel. Peirce & Leslie Travel has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.

Changes: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
INITIAL DEPOSIT: Reservations will be confirmed against a non-refundable deposit. The amount will be determined at the time of finalizing the booking and will depend on the itinerary.

FINAL PAYMENT: Full payment must be made at least 45 days prior to arrival for FIT clients and 60 days prior to arrival for Groups. For bookings falling during Pushkar (15th – 30th November, 2023) and the Festive Season (21st December – 05th January), final payments may be required earlier.


PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD: The client’s credit card will be charged in the local currency and will be converted by the client’s bank at the exchange rate applicable on the day the bank processes the charge. For this reason, there may be a minor variation in the U.S. Dollar price quoted and the actual rate processed on the client’s credit card. We do not charge any additional fee for using a credit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Should it become necessary to cancel an itinerary at any time after confirmation, the following cancellation fees will be levied:

FIT TRAVEL (01 – 05 persons)
  • Greater than 45 days prior to arrival: any non-refundable deposits already made. Additionally, cancellation of game drives, air fare and train fares will be governed by the appropriate sections below.
  • 44 to 25 days prior to arrival: any non-refundable payments already made + 50% of the remaining cost of the trip. Additionally, cancellation of game drives, air fare and train fares will be governed by the appropriate sections below.
  • Less than 25 days: full cost of the trip.

GROUP SIZE OF SIX AND MORE
  • Greater than 60 days prior to arrival: any non-refundable deposits already made. Additionally, cancellation of game drives, air fare and train fares will be governed by the appropriate sections below.
  • 60 to 45 days prior to arrival: any non-refundable payments already made + 50% of the remaining cost of the trip. Additionally, cancellation of game drives, air fare and train fares will be governed by the appropriate sections below.
  • Less than 45 days: full cost of the trip.



GAME DRIVES: Once booked, any changes or cancellation of game drives will result in a 100% penalty. Game drives need to be booked well in advance owing to limited availability.

AIR FARE: Internal air tickets issued have a $60 per coupon cancellation fee up to 15 days prior to travel. For cancellations less than 15 days prior to travel, there will be no refund. Domestic airlines do not permit ticket changes and flights have to be cancelled and re-booked at the prevailing fare.

In case an airline cancels a flight, they often simply refund the fare and do not take the responsibility of re-booking passengers. In such an event, Peirce & Leslie will do its best to re-book clients or offer them alternative means of transport. Any expenses incurred on this account will be borne by the client.

TRAIN FARES: Cancellation of a train ticket will incur a service charge of $20 per ticket plus any cancellation charges levied by the railways.

INSURANCE AND VISAS: Baggage, personal effects, trip cancellation, health and accident insurance, and visas/special permits are the responsibility of the client.

PRICE: A final tour price is given at the time of confirmation of the booking. All prices quoted are subject to change if the date of travel is changed. Additionally, any sudden changes in government taxes and levies will be borne by the traveler.

NOT INCLUDED: Not included in the price quoted are airport departure taxes, customs and immigration fees, excess baggage at airport, expenses of a personal nature such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, wine, liquor and meals and any other items not specifically included in the price quoted.
